YKE's Felix Leahu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfried Teunens in the 2nd minute of play. In the 8th minute, Godfried Teunens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Leahu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samet Ağar in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvestre Peli saved La Bichineta from getting behind. If Samet Ağar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samet Ağar in the 16th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli got control of the ball when Samet Ağar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. YKE's goalkeeper Felix Leahu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samet Ağar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvestre Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samet Ağar, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samet Ağar in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvestre Peli saved La Bichineta from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samet Ağar in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Peli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Felix Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Leahu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Felix Castel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, La Bichineta's goal looked a bit too open when Samet Ağar came free, but Silvestre Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Bichineta booed when F.C. YKE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhuo Yang Lang didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to F.C. YKE getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zhuo Yang Lang hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfried Teunens to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix Leahu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfried Teunens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 played minutes, La Bichineta's Poncio Justo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felix Leahu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Bichineta reached it. Felix Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Felix Leahu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Bichineta made a substitution. Eliseo Iigo replaced Godfried Teunens. Silviu Dumitrana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Peli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Eliseo Iigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute Eliseo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Leahu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Motyl's late challenge caught a F.C. YKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dariusz Motyl helped the player get up and apologised. The La Bichineta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Bichineta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
