The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrico Barreneche got free with Nicolas Cardozo in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atletico de la Rosa CF's goalie prevented a goal. When Falcão Marques fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Falcão Marques a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Marques. Alberto Freire's late challenge caught a Atletico de la Rosa CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Freire helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Freire. In the 28th minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Valdomiro Guerra seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valdomiro Guerra the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valdomiro Guerra had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Enrico Barreneche shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Enrico Barreneche took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nicolas Cardozo to make any attempt to save it. Nicolas Cardozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrico Barreneche in the 38th minute. After 47 minutes of play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Cardozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Alberto Freire got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 55 played minutes Atletico de la Rosa CF got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Barreneche. Nicolas Cardozo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche. But to his dismay, Enrico Barreneche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Marcell Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF defense, Enrico Barreneche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Cardozo. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Cardozo should have stopped the shot. Atletico de la Rosa CF made a substitution. Alessandro Eguizabal replaced Xavies Bedoya. After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Alessandro Eguizabal got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute Enrico Barreneche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Enrico Barreneche made a precise shot to the right of Nicolas Cardozo. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The supporters of Atletico de la Rosa CF booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amauri Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Atletico de la Rosa CF were the better team. Atletico de la Rosa CF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
