Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petruț Arapașu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petruț Arapașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Filippo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leontin Hârtopanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Oskar Haeger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 16 played minutes ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ got a freekick which was hit by Arman Harlén. 16 minutes into the game, Dave Di Filippo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Petruț Arapașu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Petruț Arapașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Filippo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Iulian in the 23rd minute of play. Dave Di Filippo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petruț Arapașu having to make a save. In the 24th minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Arapașu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Di Filippo in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petruț Arapașu saved ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ from getting behind. After 31 minutes of play, Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petruț Arapașu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oskar Haeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorel Iulian, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Leontin Hârtopanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oskar Haeger, 1-2. After some careless play in the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ defense, Dave Di Filippo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petruț Arapașu. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petruț Arapașu should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Leontin Hârtopanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leontin Hârtopanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oskar Haeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Hermanö Oilers were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dave Di Filippo made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Constantin Bădila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalie prevented a goal. Petruț Arapașu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 62nd minute of play. Petruț Arapașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Filippo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Dindelegan in the 70th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Petruț Arapașu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Dave Di Filippo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Dindelegan came free, but Oskar Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oskar Haeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Hârtopanu in the 80th minute of play. Hermanö Oilers made a substitution. Ingemar Stålman replaced Dave Di Filippo. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bror Lilja was slow to take the kick. During this time Hermanö Oilers's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Robin Hood got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Petruț Arapașu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Petruț Arapașu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some careless play in the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ defense, Ingemar Stålman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petruț Arapașu. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petruț Arapașu should have stopped the shot. Oskar Haeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Hârtopanu in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ingemar Stålman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petruț Arapașu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hermanö Oilers walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
