Hermanö Oilers's Harry Forsman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Micael Villon in the 12 minute of the game. Marcell Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Forsman in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico de la Rosa CF's zone, Dave Di Filippo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcell Yashin came out of the goal and Dave Di Filippo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcell Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Hermanö Oilers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oskar Haeger should have stopped the shot. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Miguel Buitrago in the 40th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Dave Di Filippo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico de la Rosa CF's Marcell Yashin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dave Di Filippo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcell Yashin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Miguel Buitrago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Juan Miguel Buitrago fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico de la Rosa CF's protests and gave Juan Miguel Buitrago a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Miguel Buitrago struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Oskar Haeger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico de la Rosa CF. Micael Villon hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Atletico de la Rosa CF made a substitution. Alessandro Eguizabal replaced Xavies Bedoya. After 61 played minutes Atletico de la Rosa CF got a freekick which was hit by Micael Villon. In the 65th minute Enrico Barreneche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Haeger was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Enrico Barreneche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrico Barreneche really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. With a little luck, Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger got control of the ball when Enrico Barreneche tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcell Yashin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dave Di Filippo went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam-Nataniel de la Rosa in the 91st minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
