Oliver Petersson started the match with the kick off. Derman Soysaldı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Petersson struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Derman Soysaldı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rebelution. Rebelution's Agustín Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rebelution defense, Musa Aydoğan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustín Rossi. The Rebelution fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustín Rossi should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute Matteo Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustín Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matteo Mata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Derman Soysaldı made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Oliver Petersson sent off a good shot on target. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Musa Aydoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Rebelution booed when ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kaan Ciner didn't get a good kick on the ball. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Sacit Övünç was substituted for Gürkan Gurko. After 73 played minutes ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► got a freekick which was hit by Ali Kaan Ciner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Petersson in the 85th minute of play forced ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s goalkeeper Derman Soysaldı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
