Matro Perramon came out of the goal and Fortunato Marra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Universitario's Matro Perramon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Universitario from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Flecken kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matro Perramon. That made the score 4-0 in the 23 minute of play. Andy Somellera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Rego having to interfere.
