Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Godofredo Marin got the match started through his kick off. Jeronimo Gines made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Cura del Futbol got a corner. Maravilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Gonzalez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cura del Futbol's Carlos Gonzalez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jeronimo Gines in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cruz Credo might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Erlantz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cruz Credo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Mouzo to maneuver through the defense. Jeronimo Gines made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Alfred Pawelczyk sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute of the match Cura del Futbol got a corner. Maravilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Gonzalez ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cura del Futbol's corner Carlos Gonzalez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeronimo Gines quite easily take care of the ball. Jeronimo Gines made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 26th minute. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Mouzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maravilla's Jeronimo Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 28th minute of play. Cruz Credo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Roberto Mouzo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cura del Futbol's Gogo Anaya quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 39 minutes into the match, Maravilla's Cruz Credo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Erlantz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Mouzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Pawelczyk was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Pawelczyk came free, but Jeronimo Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Gines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Pawelczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Gonzalez kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Feliberto Manuelo's late challenge caught a Maravilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Manuelo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Feliberto Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeronimo Gines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Pawelczyk in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cruz Credo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Erlantz was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Maravilla were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Cura del Futbol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. César de Senna took the corner. Eriberto Erlantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cruz Credo in the 83rd minute. Cruz Credo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Eriberto Erlantz 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Cruz Credo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eriberto Erlantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maravilla's Victoriano Estevez was substituted for Cruz Credo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maravilla eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
