Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Malcolm Skark started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Henry Tolsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Hernando was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Ciriaco Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Nyberg in the 13th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Markel. 15 minutes into the game, Ernani Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vänge IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boomerang Bombers the free kick. Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman Högström in the 16th minute of play. When Boomerang Bombers's Henry Tolsson in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vänge IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute Billy Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Hernando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Boomerang Bombers's Henry Tolsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Ciriaco Hernando despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Skark in the 26th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciriaco Hernando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Markel. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malcolm Skark in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Askelöf saved Boomerang Bombers from getting behind. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boomerang Bombers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lilo Stich was slow to take the kick. During this time Vänge IF's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Danilo Markel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf did a great save. In the 36th minute Henry Tolsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Hernando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Måns Godholm got a free kick in the 37th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Skark came free, but Carl Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Michael Nyberg fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boomerang Bombers's protests and gave Michael Nyberg a yellow card for diving instead. Michael Nyberg hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Skark in the 44th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Tolsson in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Vänge IF made a substitution. Zoltán Tálas replaced Rune Aspengren. Carl Askelöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Giordani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vänge IF's zone, Henry Tolsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Hernando came out of the goal and Henry Tolsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Markus Albäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vänge IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Albäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arman Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Markus Albäck in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Askelöf saved Boomerang Bombers from getting behind. Ciriaco Hernando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Tolsson's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After some careless play in the Boomerang Bombers defense, Markus Albäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Askelöf. The Boomerang Bombers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Askelöf should have stopped the shot. Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Albäck in the 74th minute of play. Ciriaco Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Lundström in the 76th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Boomerang Bombers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vänge IF:s goal. After a rather tough play, Boomerang Bombers's Jörn Hellsing got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Markus Albäck struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Carl Askelöf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vänge IF. In the 89th minute, Markus Albäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 95 minutes, Bruno Giordani made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 99thth minute of the game Markus Albäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Bruno Giordani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Askelöf was relentless in the 101st minute of the game. The Vänge IF support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
