A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bartlomiej Mosiniak hit a great ball. Lucio Garoa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Aquiles Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Santos in the 17th minute of play. If Betão de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Santos in the 24th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Aquiles Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marquinhos Santos made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Aquilino Piearres in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PREZULO FC's Shi Xi Zhen. After a defensive mix-up in Dionisia's zone, Marquinhos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Senio came out of the goal and Marquinhos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Aquiles Senio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 57th minute Marquinhos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Ferreira in the 59th minute. PREZULO FC's Santiago Eriksen was substituted for Jonathan Otto. PREZULO FC's Marquinhos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquiles Senio made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Marquinhos Santos sent off a good shot on target. PREZULO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
