Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Ejner Neinvig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Espen Steelers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ZORZAL01 were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nino Schurter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Qin Fan Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Berset in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Rogelio Montez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Qin Fan Sheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alain Berset sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Nino Schurter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Qin Fan Sheng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ZORZAL01 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
