Danone CC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gernando Proença was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harm Rooy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Danone CC's Enéas Carneiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Harm Rooy. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. A collision led to The Dalwhinnie Boys getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Xiao Ping Nan hit a great ball. Harm Rooy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enéas Carneiro in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirko Blank in the 14th minute of play forced Danone CC's goalkeeper Chico Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ger Mols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Albuquerque having to interfere. Chico Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Ping Nan in the 20th minute of play. Harm Rooy was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Gernando Proença capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gernando Proença really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to The Dalwhinnie Boys getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Erben Weggemans hit a great ball. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Dalwhinnie Boys! With a little luck, The Dalwhinnie Boys's Harm Rooy got control of the ball when Enéas Carneiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacco Meier hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Chico Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirko Blank, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Ping Nan in the 33rd minute of play. With his leg Harm Rooy managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Danone CC's Enéas Carneiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Enéas Carneiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Harm Rooy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dário Mesquita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Harm Rooy made a huge save. Mirko Blank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danone CC made a substitution. Ademir Aparecido replaced Oséas Chaves.

Mané Novaes hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Danone CC's goalkeeper Chico Albuquerque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xiao Ping Nan. In the 62nd match minute, Danone CC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gernando Proença to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of The Dalwhinnie Boys booed when Danone CC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Enéas Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harm Rooy was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Enéas Carneiro put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Harm Rooy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Mesquita in the 76th minute of play forced The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalkeeper Harm Rooy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ger Mols in the 86th minute of play. When Jacco Meier fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Dalwhinnie Boys's protests and gave Jacco Meier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, The Dalwhinnie Boys's Jacco Meier got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gernando Proença in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harm Rooy saved The Dalwhinnie Boys from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Pena in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harm Rooy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute of the match Danone CC got a corner. The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gernando Proença ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gernando Proença almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Dalwhinnie Boys's Harm Rooy did a great save. If Gernando Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danone CC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
