An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Toho's goalkeeper Tobias Glöden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helko Kalleder made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nils Salzer however managed to control. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Bradley de Nooijer got a free kick in the 9th minute. With an all-out effort, FC CSKA's Tobias Glöden threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnulfo Roderigo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 12th minute of the match FC CSKA got a corner. FC Toho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Georgi Dimitrov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tobias Glöden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georgi Dimitrov in the 20th minute of the match. Georgi Velinov came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Toho's Feng Lin Jie. But to his dismay, Feng Lin Jie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Roderigo got free with Tobias Glöden in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27thth minute of the game Arnulfo Roderigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Toho's Tobias Glöden was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Georgi Dimitrov got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Roderigo in the 35th minute of play forced FC Toho's goalkeeper Tobias Glöden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Glöden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 37th minute of play. Todor Yanchev kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Arnulfo Roderigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Glöden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Toho getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jonathan Blank hit a great ball. The long shot by Georgi Dimitrov in the 44th minute really tested Tobias Glöden's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A collision led to FC Toho getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ali Tumena hit a great ball. Tobias Glöden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georgi Dimitrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Bradley de Nooijer in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Toho's Nils Salzer. Nils Salzer kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Georgi Dimitrov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tobias Glöden showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 75th minute Ahmet Refik Ülgü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Glöden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, FC CSKA's goal looked a bit too open when Feng Lin Jie came free, but Georgi Velinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Glöden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Refik Ülgü, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Feng Lin Jie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Georgi Velinov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, FC Toho's goal looked a bit too open when Georgi Dimitrov came free, but Tobias Glöden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Toho's Nils Salzer got a free kick in the 88th minute. Tobias Glöden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georgi Dimitrov in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, FC CSKA's Arnulfo Roderigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tobias Glöden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a little luck, FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov got control of the ball when Xu Liang tried to sneak it across the goal line.
