The supporters of Börna Bulldogs booed when SC Pfullendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qwinton Blazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kıvanç Yücesan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 24th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gong Qi Fan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kıvanç Yücesan. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When SC Pfullendorf's Argyris Zagorakis in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Börna Bulldogs's goalie prevented a goal. Gong Qi Fan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Kıvanç Yücesan made a huge save. With a little luck, SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan got control of the ball when Gong Qi Fan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 44 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Qwinton Blazquez. 45 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Qi Fan came free, but Kıvanç Yücesan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Argyris Zagorakis was the one to do the kick off. Karel Van Den Abeele hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gong Qi Fan in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kıvanç Yücesan saved SC Pfullendorf from getting behind. In the 54th match minute, SC Pfullendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Ibar to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kıvanç Yücesan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. 彭森银 replaced Argyris Zagorakis. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Börna Bulldogs from getting a goal against them. Rob Lute blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kıvanç Yücesan having to make a save. In the 64thth minute of the game Gong Qi Fan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the game Qwinton Blazquez made a throw-in which Czeslaw Wallach played forward. The Börna Bulldogs fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kıvanç Yücesan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Qi Fan's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Börna Bulldogs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when 彭森银 scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Andersson, making the score, 3-2. In the 88th minute of the match, 彭森银 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andreas Andersson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kıvanç Yücesan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Qi Fan's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Necip Uysal lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Moya in the 95th minute of play. Börna Bulldogs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
