Chen Peng Bin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 林城谦 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 林城谦 made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Chen Peng Bin sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Chen Peng Bin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Chen Peng Bin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 林城谦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 龙超益 made a kick off. Artemio Argoitz scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 林城谦, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Chen Peng Bin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 林城谦 was relentless in the 58th minute of the game.
