Tomáš Houdek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darío Benedetto in the 25th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Răducanu came free, but Tomáš Houdek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MARAZZINO's Darío Benedetto got a free kick in the 39th minute. MARAZZINO's Lütfü Öktemer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Novaes in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of MARAZZINO booed when Lex Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Serapio didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
