The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho do Valle in the 7th minute of play forced ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simão Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lyuboslav Penev in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goal looked a bit too open when Lyuboslav Penev came free, but Simão Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Luiz Quirino charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sílvio Luiz Quirino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Quirino. Simão Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goal looked a bit too open when Musa Muhteşem came free, but Simão Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Bastos in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, A A Arizona's Lyuboslav Penev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simão Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gilvan Vargas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Bastos in the 30th minute of play forced ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ booed when A A Arizona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Vítor Cruz got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Vitinho do Valle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Simão Cunha skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Humberto Bastos scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simão Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Bastos might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simão Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Bastos ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sílvio Luiz Quirino to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of A A Arizona booed when ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lyuboslav Penev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A A Arizona made a substitution. Laércio Aguiar replaced Vitinho do Valle. In the 63rd minute of the match, Lyuboslav Penev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simão Cunha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Musa Muhteşem could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Simão Cunha however easily saved by the left post. Musa Muhteşem in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Simão Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the A A Arizona defense, Elói Prata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 胡振鸿. The A A Arizona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 胡振鸿 should have stopped the shot. A A Arizona's Natã Pereira was substituted for Humberto Bastos. Simão Cunha came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by A A Arizona's Natã Pereira. But to his dismay, Natã Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Natã Pereira scored to the left of an out of position Simão Cunha, making the score, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lyuboslav Penev in the 81st minute of play forced ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simão Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Musa Muhteşem in the 82nd minute. Simão Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 92nd minute, Lyuboslav Penev had to leave the field with a concussion. 93 minutes into the game, Iuri Nóbrega was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A A Arizona the free kick. Iuri Nóbrega hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Laércio Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simão Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After some careless play in the ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ defense, Natã Pereira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simão Cunha. The ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simão Cunha should have stopped the shot. A A Arizona's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
