Gerold Zollt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Tylenda in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Wellington Nóbrega got a free kick in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Tylenda in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerold Zollt saved DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting behind. In the 12th minute Matias Corte-Real shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerold Zollt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goalkeeper Gualter Roriz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidiu Poenaru. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delta FS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Kursawe was slow to take the kick. During this time DJK Füchtel Vechta's players had a chance to rest. 31 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goal looked a bit too open when Andaka Lao came free, but Gerold Zollt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Tylenda in the 34th minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Gerold Zollt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Corte-Real in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Delta FS's Andaka Lao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerold Zollt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Ovidiu Poenaru made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Matias Corte-Real managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delta FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Corte-Real was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerold Zollt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Poenaru came free, but Gualter Roriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 71st minute, Rea Selbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Terstappen kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Song Qian Wei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerold Zollt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andaka Lao in the 74th minute of play. Gualter Roriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthieu Richardot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Theo Wasmeier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes, Delta FS's Song Qian Wei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gerold Zollt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Delta FS reached it. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Nóbrega in the 80th minute of play. Gerold Zollt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaka Lao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Tab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerold Zollt having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Delta FS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
