In the 2nd minute, Henrique Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Eduardo Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Loukoumakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Leite's late challenge caught a Ampthill FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Leite helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Leite. After 15 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Gez Little. Ampthill FC's Argyris Loukoumakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Ampthill FC from getting a goal against them. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gez Little in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Leite. Reis United's zone, Gez Little stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal and Gez Little tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Leite to maneuver through the defense. Zane Woodhall struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. João Paulo Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ampthill FC. Zane Woodhall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Paulo Urbano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The S.C. Reis United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ampthill FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Gez Little made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Gez Little. Zane Woodhall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Urbano having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Gez Little notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute, Gez Little reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Paulo Urbano. The goal made the score 0-3. S.C. Reis United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Gez Little scored to the left of an out of position João Paulo Urbano, making the score, 0-4. 69 minutes in the game Luiz Leite did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Henrique Lago. Zack Alderson scored 0-5 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Paulo Urbano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 79 minutes of play, Ampthill FC's Zack Alderson made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Paulo Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Ampthill FC's Zack Alderson. But to his dismay, Zack Alderson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Ampthill FC's Zack Alderson got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvino Serre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but João Paulo Urbano firmly grabbed it by the left post. The S.C. Reis United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ampthill FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
