DS ACADEMY TEAM's Cezary Skrzypek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jonathan Joestar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Wincek went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Marian Huchro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ernests Barsinēvičs in the 20 minute of the game. Kyle Robinson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Enmanuel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Formentera's goalkeeper Jonathan Joestar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Wincek came free, but Jonathan Joestar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Formentera got a freekick which was hit by Amador Modestio. The audience was convinced that Emil Wincek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Joestar was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 41st minute of the match DS ACADEMY TEAM got a corner. Formentera's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maciej Ciemiega ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Maciej Ciemiega almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Formentera's Jonathan Joestar did a great save. 47 minutes into the match, DS ACADEMY TEAM's goalkeeper Kyle Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Enmanuel. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Wincek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Joestar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Wincek, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Emil Wincek took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Joestar. Jonathan Joestar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 58 minutes of play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Emil Wincek made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Joestar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernests Barsinēvičs's late challenge caught a DS ACADEMY TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernests Barsinēvičs helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, Formentera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Modestio to maneuver through the defense. DS ACADEMY TEAM made a substitution. Aivo Valk replaced Marian Huchro. The supporters of DS ACADEMY TEAM booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Modestio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 minutes, Emil Wincek made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Formentera's Jonathan Joestar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. DS ACADEMY TEAM made a substitution. Maciej Chmelyk replaced Emil Wincek. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cezary Skrzypek during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
