Ferruccio Imperatore's late challenge caught a SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferruccio Imperatore helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fiume Veneto getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ferruccio Imperatore hit a great ball. Dario Addari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Signoretti, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ferruccio Imperatore got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Dario Addari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilbert Godefroid went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Fiume Veneto's Dario Addari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Hermelando in the 42nd minute of play. If Gilbert Godefroid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Gilbert Godefroid made a precise shot to the right of Dario Addari. Fiume Veneto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

After a rather tough play, Fiume Veneto's Concetto Mastronardi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Donato Lehen kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Dario Addari was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nemesio Sol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 96 minute of play. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
