Rikki Oemann's late challenge caught a Yara Poland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rikki Oemann helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rikki Oemann hit a great ball. Maurits Vesterherup made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Trela in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Jan Cuber sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maurits Vesterherup skillfully saved the ball. If Orla Nevin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Cuber hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Constantin Corfitzen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Izydor Birkenhagen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ralf Frejst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izydor Birkenhagen having to interfere. Maurits Vesterherup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Rakoski, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Monks in Robes's Rikki Oemann got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Rikki Oemann off the ground. After 33 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Rikki Oemann. Izydor Birkenhagen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Corfitzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurits Vesterherup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Trela in the 40th minute of the match. Maurits Vesterherup made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Jerzy Trela sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Yara Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Trela didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After 55 minutes, Orla Nevin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monks in Robes and the Yara Poland players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rene Ringkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Trela in the 59th minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Maurits Vesterherup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Monks in Robes's Izydor Birkenhagen threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantin Corfitzen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Constantin Corfitzen hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd match minute, Monks in Robes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantin Tvilling to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Monks in Robes's Constantin Corfitzen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Izydor Birkenhagen. That made the score 1-2 after 65 minutes of play. After 85 minutes, Mieszko Zurawski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yara Poland and the Monks in Robes players grew even worse after the yellow card.
