António Roma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rıdvan Balıkçı in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Oflador FC 2003 defense, Rıdvan Balıkçı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of António Roma. The Oflador FC 2003 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that António Roma should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Benino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Fuchs made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Quilo Sobera immediately put the ball in play. In the 37th match minute, 1930 Bafraspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Popescu to maneuver through the defense. António Roma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Veerman came free, but António Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1930 Bafraspor were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Oflador FC 2003's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thierry Hermans took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Oflador FC 2003's goalie and right to Martin Johansson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Oflador FC 2003's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
