In the 17thth minute of the game Iustin Bungeanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prishtina FC's Hickey Dunne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Kléberson Neiva came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Palmeiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kléberson Neiva couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Palmeiras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Prishtina FC.
