After a rather tough play, MarineerS FK's Hatemi Akyel got a free kick in the 28th minute. Fidan SK's Feridun Vefai got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32ndth minute of the game Alemdar Şahin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MarineerS FK's Tayfun Tanfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Sabri Elçioğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fidan SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The supporters of Fidan SK booed when MarineerS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Žydrūnas Pauža didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Yetkiner İzzettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fidan SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yetkiner İzzettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayfun Tanfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabri Elçioğlu in the 47th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabri Elçioğlu was the one to do the kick off. Fidan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alemdar Şahin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayfun Tanfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sabri Elçioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tayfun Tanfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkiner İzzettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Fidan SK's corner Özbek Yücetekin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tayfun Tanfer quite easily take care of the ball. Özbek Yücetekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayfun Tanfer having to interfere. Fidan SK's Sabri Elçioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Ján Novák replaced Lucien Vercalsteren. After 74 minutes, İskender Orcun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fidan SK and the MarineerS FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Fidan SK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. In the 77th match minute, MarineerS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tekin Batırhan to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Fidan SK's Özbek Yücetekin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tayfun Tanfer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Žydrūnas Pauža fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdi Saygın Taykut having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Mehmet Emrah Dolunay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Abdi Saygın Taykut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
