In the 28th match minute, corsaire nantais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Lebel to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Sebastian Enekoitz sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Eliseu do Valle threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Sebastian Enekoitz this time. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philibert Robillard during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Philibert Robillard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gerardo Hitz came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Black Rose 1979 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Hitz couldn't finish the play. Eliseu do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Hitz in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39thth minute of the game Tobias Siggman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black Rose 1979's goalie prevented a goal. Eliseu do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Gerardo Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Rose 1979's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Hitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseu do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobias Siggman to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastián Cassin got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sebastian Enekoitz. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Siggman in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Matorin came free, but Eliseu do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Hitz in the 72nd minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Eliseu do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Siggman in the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in corsaire nantais's zone, Gerardo Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu do Valle came out of the goal and Gerardo Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Hitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Waldemar Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. corsaire nantais walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
