Luís Fernando Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Chucho in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Sérgio das Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luís Fernando Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, RÖK's goalkeeper Carlos Montenegro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sérgio das Neves. When Merusca F&P's Sérgio das Neves in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Carlos Montenegro guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Luís Fernando Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Errapel, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, RÖK's Olavo Palmeira got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes RÖK got a freekick which was hit by Güney Han. Álvaro Pernambucano struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Carlos Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merusca F&P. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Errapel in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fernando Pirani saved Merusca F&P from getting behind. After 45 minutes, Silvano Errapel made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Merusca F&P's Luís Fernando Pirani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Merusca F&P players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RÖK were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Errapel made a kick off. Merusca F&P's Luís Fernando Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Merusca F&P from getting a goal against them. A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Anselmo Mandrak hit a great ball. When Álvaro Pernambucano came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Merusca F&P fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Pernambucano couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute of the match, Tjark Heerdt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luís Fernando Pirani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tjark Heerdt came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luís Fernando Pirani could save by the left post. Merusca F&P's Roberto Nesta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olavo Palmeira, made in the 62nd minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Romagnoli came free, but Carlos Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Merusca F&P getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Carlos Augusto de Castro hit a great ball. Luís Fernando Pirani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvano Errapel went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute, RÖK's Marcinho Brasil ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Fernando Pirani. Luís Fernando Pirani yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. RÖK made a substitution. Charles Laguna replaced Silvano Errapel. After a defensive mix-up in Merusca F&P's zone, Tjark Heerdt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fernando Pirani came out of the goal and Tjark Heerdt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner led RÖK's Marcinho Brasil to fire away a dangerous shot which Luís Fernando Pirani despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tjark Heerdt made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Olavo Palmeira however managed to control. The supporters of RÖK booed when Merusca F&P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zuriel Levinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Tjark Heerdt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luís Fernando Pirani. Tjark Heerdt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. A collision led to Merusca F&P getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Betinho Romagnoli hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Chuse came free, but Luís Fernando Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Merusca F&P fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RÖK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
