Sérgio Berti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Angel Comizzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Alberto Pernambucano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angel Comizzo. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Anier Cordara kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Carlos Alberto Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valhalla Time's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Turi in the 13th minute of play. Angel Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Turi in the 15th minute of play. Robustiano Fernandes took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Porfiro. Higinio Porfiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Angel Comizzo was a little too slow when Carlos Alberto Pernambucano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loco Borja got free with Angel Comizzo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valhalla Time's Robustiano Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Sérgio Berti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anier Cordara hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Valhalla Time's Angel Comizzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Valhalla Time from getting a goal against them. When Robustiano Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Valhalla Time fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Fernandes couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rigoberto Turi to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Pernambucano came free, but Angel Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Robustiano Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Porfiro was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Sérgio Berti might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angel Comizzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Berti ran back to his position shaking his head. Adan Sein kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. LA MAQUINA F.C's Osvaldo Linhares was substituted for Valentin Makovskiy. Valhalla Time's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Borja in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Pernambucano came free, but Angel Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of LA MAQUINA F.C booed when Valhalla Time was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. LA MAQUINA F.C's Hamish McShimes was substituted for Sérgio Berti. In the 84th minute, Carlos Alberto Pernambucano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA MAQUINA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Hamish McShimes sped through Valhalla Time's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angel Comizzo.
