CİMBOM FC's Ali Numan Ünalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lobo Zornoza in the 9th minute of play. Zikri Eygül hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Lobo Zornoza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Numan Ünalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Juvenal Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zikri Eygül in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Célio Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Amado Froila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Numan Ünalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Numan Ünalp had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Lobo Zornoza from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Faruk Sağlık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Juvenal Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nae Buteanu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zikri Eygül in the 47th minute of play forced CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Juvenal Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zikri Eygül was the one to do the kick off. Juvenal Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zikri Eygül, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, CİMBOM FC's Zikri Eygül sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juvenal Sergipano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Numan Ünalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Froila in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Juvenal Sergipano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zikri Eygül. 58 minutes into the game, CİMBOM FC's Zikri Eygül nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juvenal Sergipano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Zikri Eygül could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Juvenal Sergipano made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, CİMBOM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lobo Zornoza came free, but Ali Numan Ünalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Numan Ünalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes CİMBOM FC got a freekick which was hit by Mithat Koçaş. CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE made a substitution. Clemente Zanussi replaced Thomás Borges. CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's Brian Johnson was substituted for Lobo Zornoza. In the 70th match minute, CİMBOM FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mithat Koçaş to maneuver through the defense. When Brian Johnson came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brian Johnson couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute, Zikri Eygül ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juvenal Sergipano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With his leg Juvenal Sergipano managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when CİMBOM FC's Zikri Eygül fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Célio Fontes in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Numan Ünalp saved CİMBOM FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Brian Johnson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Numan Ünalp was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Ali Numan Ünalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Johnson, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Célio Fontes made a precise shot to the right of Ali Numan Ünalp. CİMBOM FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 87 minutes into the match, Brian Johnson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Numan Ünalp. CİMBOM FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Johnson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 91 minutes into the match, Brian Johnson notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of CİMBOM FC's Ali Numan Ünalp. Ali Numan Ünalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 96 minutes, Zikri Eygül managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CİMBOM FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zikri Eygül was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the CİMBOM FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE.
