Sture Hellbom hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Frederik Hötzl had to leave the field with a concussion. Paso FC's Haroldo Ayala was substituted for Frederik Hötzl. Mira Pene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Hellbom in the 16th minute of play. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Alfonso Arixo with Sture Hellbom as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Hellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Sten Nordgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mira Pene was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 40th minute, Ramon Burni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Nordgren hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sture Hellbom to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Ayala. Oktay Eğriöz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Orozco having to interfere. Paso FC made a substitution. Denis Rivas replaced Oktay Eğriöz. A hard shot 63 in the game by Denis Rivas from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Orozco managed to make a qualified save. Billesholm's players were relieved. Jonathan Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Rivas in the 65th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Denis Rivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Rosén got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gabriel Jesus. Gabriel Jesus took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mira Pene. Mira Pene dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute Billesholm were awarded a corner. Janne Beckenbauer went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Denis Rivas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Orozco was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Paso FC were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Billesholm's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Ayala took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Haroldo Ayala got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Orozco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Gabriel Jesus got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, one of Billesholm:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Billesholm. Paso FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
