Despite this Karl Pilgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rodrigo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kajetan Pilarski made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zé Carlos Monteiro immediately put the ball in play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardinho Pena in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Lima saved Machados FC V2 from getting behind.

Machados FC V2 made a substitution. Matthias Tham replaced Hildeberto Cortez. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aníbal Alagoano made a kick off. Rodrigo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 52nd minute of play. Remzi Bozlak hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Machados FC V2's Remzi Bozlak got a free kick in the 57th minute. Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 59th minute of play. If Aníbal Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, Machados FC V2's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Alagoano came free, but Rodrigo Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Vinicio Junior left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jenipapo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Remzi Bozlak hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Kajetan Pilarski's late challenge caught a Machados FC V2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kajetan Pilarski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Machados FC V2 booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Pilarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Mailat. After a defensive mix-up in Jenipapo SC's zone, Bogdan Mailat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Pilgren came out of the goal and Bogdan Mailat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Mailat in the 88th minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Lima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Junior's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Aníbal Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rodrigo Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
