In the 3rd minute Manuel Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azar Azarov in the 4th minute of play forced Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Bartoszek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Leandro Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasmus Højlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Leandro Meireles made a huge save. In the 11thth minute of the game Rodrigo Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 14 played minutes Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Guarda. After 18 played minutes Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Barata. In the 19th minute, Rodrigo Ribeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leandro Meireles. The goal made the score 2-0. Leandro Meireles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rasmus Højlund in the 23rd minute. Santiago Barata hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes Rodrigo Ribeiro rounded Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rasmus Højlund to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rasmus Højlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Meireles was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Leandro Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Ribeiro in the 65th minute of play. When Eurico Aleixo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's protests and gave Eurico Aleixo a yellow card for diving instead. Loures made a substitution. Armindo Figueira replaced Azar Azarov. After a rather tough play, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Eurico Aleixo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The Loures fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Loures's Rodrigo Ribeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Armindo Figueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Meireles. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armindo Figueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Loures had played much better football throughout.
