Nuno Pais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Loures's Emmanuil Ivanov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nuno Pais. Nuno Pais yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, DPD FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuil Ivanov came free, but Nuno Pais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Pessoa hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Nuno Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azar Azarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nuno Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azar Azarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Azar Azarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nuno Pais. DPD FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Azar Azarov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 26 minutes, Hamilton Carvalhal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loures's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamilton Carvalhal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Loures booed when DPD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laércio Mourão didn't get a good kick on the ball. DPD FC's Nuno Pais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save DPD FC from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Emmanuil Ivanov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Azar Azarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the DPD FC defense, Hamilton Carvalhal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuno Pais. The DPD FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuno Pais should have stopped the shot. When Laércio Mourão was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, DPD FC's Laércio Mourão got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Loures's Azar Azarov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 42 minutes of play, Loures's Emmanuil Ivanov made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nuno Pais was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emmanuil Ivanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nuno Pais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Setúbal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nuno Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamilton Carvalhal, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Azar Azarov might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno Pais. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azar Azarov ran back to his position shaking his head. After 54 minutes of play, Loures's Emmanuil Ivanov made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nuno Pais was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the game, Loures's Hamilton Carvalhal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd match minute, DPD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higino Lameiras to maneuver through the defense. Hamilton Carvalhal struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Nuno Pais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loures. Emmanuil Ivanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75th play minutes Emmanuil Ivanov shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Nuno Pais and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 80th minute, Hamilton Carvalhal made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Pais. DPD FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. 87 minutes into the game, Hamilton Carvalhal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Nuno Pais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Higino Lameiras kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Azar Azarov struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Nuno Pais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loures. Emmanuil Ivanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Loures were the better team. Loures's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
