The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute Kacper Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Botchia Anghelaches short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Olavo Pinto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Veiga in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Etxeberri saved Clube Oriental de Lisboa from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Cassandros Elite Team's goalkeeper Olavo Pinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 沈克斌. Botchia Anghelache might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavo Pinto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Botchia Anghelache ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Oriental de Lisboa's zone, Jairo Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Etxeberri came out of the goal and Jairo Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd match minute, Clube Oriental de Lisboa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. Cassandros Elite Team's Olavo Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 沈克斌 in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Borys Czysta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Cassandros Elite Team's Olavo Pinto got control of the ball when Botchia Anghelache tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute Kacper Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Pinto made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Sun Guang Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Olavo Pinto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sun Guang Yuan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. Olavo Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 沈克斌 in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Rolf Hamberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olavo Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sun Guang Yuan in the 56th minute of play. Ogün Sarper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aquilino Etxeberri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ogün Sarper in the 64th minute. Emílio Bandeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aquilino Etxeberri came out and tried to block the shot, but Emílio Bandeira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 67th minute. If Ogün Sarper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquilino Etxeberri came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Cassandros Elite Team's Rolf Hamberg. But to his dismay, Rolf Hamberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After having played for 74 minutes, Jairo Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cassandros Elite Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ogün Sarper kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Olavo Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sun Guang Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cassandros Elite Team booed when Clube Oriental de Lisboa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Viispert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolf Hamberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Aquilino Etxeberri made a huge save. 80 minutes into the match, Clube Oriental de Lisboa's Botchia Anghelache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olavo Pinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82ndth minute of the game 沈克斌 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cassandros Elite Team's Olavo Pinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, 沈克斌 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olavo Pinto. Cassandros Elite Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 沈克斌 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 89 minutes into the game, one of Cassandros Elite Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rolf Hamberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Aquilino Etxeberri made a huge save. Cassandros Elite Team's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
