An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Matias in the 10th minute of play forced Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Tolek Kiszkiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Tolek Kiszkiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Daniel Bento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ultra Copos FC ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Bento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flávio Regueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Manuel Teixeira notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ultra Copos FC ™'s Tolek Kiszkiel. Tolek Kiszkiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seleção de Aleijados's goalkeeper Flávio Regueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Armando Guerreiro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute Delfim Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute Ultra Copos FC ™ were awarded a corner. Martinho Saraiva went to the cornerflag to take it. 47 minutes into the match, Seleção de Aleijados's goalkeeper Flávio Regueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Bento. After the first half Seleção de Aleijados were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, Seleção de Aleijados's Tolek Kiszkiel threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manuel Teixeira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Seleção de Aleijados's Manuel Teixeira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tolek Kiszkiel. That made the score 0-3 after 57 minutes of play. 64 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Armando Guerreiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flávio Regueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Delfim Matias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tolek Kiszkiel. Delfim Matias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Porfírio Prates hit a great ball. Flávio Regueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Bento in the 74th minute of play. Porfírio Prates made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Seleção de Aleijados's Lisandro Linhares. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Bento in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flávio Regueira saved Seleção de Aleijados from getting behind. Lionel-Andrés Lapadula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Tolek Kiszkiel made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Bento in the 84th minute of play forced Seleção de Aleijados's goalkeeper Flávio Regueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Lisandro Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seleção de Aleijados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ultra Copos FC ™ the free kick. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Porfírio Prates with Armando Guerreiro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Seleção de Aleijados walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
