Barbeita FC's Andrei Cumpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Carvalho in the 5th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Fundação Marques dos Reis's Duarte Carvalho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrei Cumpan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Barbeita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Carvalho came free, but Andrei Cumpan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Taras Romanchuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Cumpan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taras Romanchuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Cumpan having to interfere. Barbeita FC's Andrei Cumpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Carvalho in the 24th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Barbeita FC got a corner. Fundação Marques dos Reis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Veloso ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Carvalho in the 42nd minute of play forced Barbeita FC's goalkeeper Andrei Cumpan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fundação Marques dos Reis's Filipe Viveiros was substituted for Duarte Carvalho. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Sagrario to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taras Romanchuk got free with Andrei Cumpan in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barbeita FC's Andrei Cumpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taras Romanchuk in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Fundação Marques dos Reis booed when Barbeita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barbeita FC's goalkeeper Andrei Cumpan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barbeita FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wesly Goemyne was slow to take the kick. During this time Fundação Marques dos Reis's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Alexandre Pacheco heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Andrei Cumpan made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Taras Romanchuk sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Alexandre Pacheco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andrei Cumpan. The goal made the score 0-2. Alexandre Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Taras Romanchuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrei Cumpan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Taras Romanchuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fundação Marques dos Reis's Tiago Ferreira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anthony Puglielli in the 83 minute of the game. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barbeita FC's goalkeeper Andrei Cumpan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Sagrario in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yao Bin Yun saved Fundação Marques dos Reis from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Barbeita FC's Alexandre Taborda got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Fundação Marques dos Reis's Daniel Resende was substituted for Alexandre Pacheco. In the 93rd minute, Alexandre Taborda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrei Cumpan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Taras Romanchuk in the 95th minute.
