After 12 minutes Beira Mar SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gusmão Benevides who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gusmão Benevides got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sálvio Vilas Boas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sálvio Vilas Boas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio Ribas in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Olívio Ribas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sálvio Vilas Boas was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Long Gang Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipólito Amado in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen got control of the ball when Alexandre Torcato tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olívio Ribas took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sálvio Vilas Boas. Sálvio Vilas Boas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Olívio Ribas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sálvio Vilas Boas came out and tried to block the shot, but Olívio Ribas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Olívio Ribas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sálvio Vilas Boas was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Lisandro Palhares got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 78 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Palhares. Sálvio Vilas Boas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Long Gang Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David De Boeck in the 84th minute of play. David De Boeck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Long Gang Sen having to make a save. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beira Mar SC's goalkeeper Sálvio Vilas Boas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute FC Fura Balizas were awarded a corner. Gusmão Benevides went to the cornerflag to take it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Fura Balizas walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
