Fabrício Baía sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antony Bruno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Júlio César made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fu Han Qiang in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Andarilhos were awarded a corner. Gonzalo Montiel went to the cornerflag to take it. Marco Espírito Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jon Oblak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Andarilhos's Fu Han Qiang in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AD Oliveirense's goalie prevented a goal. 29 minutes into the match, Antony Bruno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio César. AD Oliveirense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antony Bruno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to AD Oliveirense getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ruben Dias hit a great ball. Júlio César showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fu Han Qiang in the 33rd minute of the match. If Jorge Ruas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júlio César showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Ruas, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Fu Han Qiang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Júlio César was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Fu Han Qiang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio César. AD Oliveirense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fu Han Qiang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of AD Oliveirense booed when Andarilhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Ruas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AD Oliveirense players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Andarilhos were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antony Bruno made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Igrejas during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes AD Oliveirense got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Igrejas. Antony Bruno struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Júlio César didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andarilhos. 59 minutes into the match, Antony Bruno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio César. AD Oliveirense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antony Bruno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Andarilhos's Caetano Velasques got a free kick in the 65th minute. Andarilhos's Jon Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Baía in the 66th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Alfréd Fenyvessy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andarilhos's Jon Oblak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andarilhos's Jon Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfréd Fenyvessy in the 73rd minute of play. AD Oliveirense's Celedonio Berenguer was substituted for Dave Nash. AD Oliveirense made a substitution. Eugeniusz Chowaniec replaced Nick Troelsgaard. With a little luck, AD Oliveirense's Júlio César got control of the ball when Jorge Ruas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Fu Han Qiang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AD Oliveirense's Júlio César was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute Andarilhos were awarded a corner. Gonzalo Montiel went to the cornerflag to take it. After 95 played minutes Andarilhos got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Montiel. The Andarilhos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Andarilhos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
