Călin Frâncu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pál Polyák's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Pál Polyák who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Călin Frâncu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Călin Frâncu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Pál Polyák sent off a good shot on target. Pál Polyák blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Călin Frâncu having to make a save. Călin Frâncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pál Polyák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Danilo Vale could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Cristiano Lage however easily saved by the left post. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by SITIO CITY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oliveira Salazar was slow to take the kick. During this time BlueJaguar's players had a chance to rest. In the 54th minute, Pál Polyák made a precise shot to the right of Călin Frâncu. BlueJaguar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Carlos Campelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rubim Jordão ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Carlos Campelo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in BlueJaguar's zone, Pál Polyák stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Călin Frâncu came out of the goal and Pál Polyák tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Călin Frâncu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pál Polyák in the 69th minute of play. SITIO CITY made a substitution. Pierre-Paul Swin replaced Chiquinho Pereira. 74 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Frâncu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Garcia in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Călin Frâncu saved BlueJaguar from getting behind. The supporters of SITIO CITY booed when BlueJaguar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Carlos Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot.
