In the 13th minute, Cosme Fulanito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Santana. The goal made the score 1-0. D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucius Moreira in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that David Peralta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Santana was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. A collision led to Sporting Tuga FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Leal Vilela hit a great ball. Cosme Fulanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosme Fulanito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfredo Santana came out and tried to block the shot, but Cosme Fulanito slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Figueiredo made a kick off. Cosme Fulanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Cosme Fulanito notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana. Alfredo Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cosme Fulanito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredo Santana having to make a save. Alfredo Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosme Fulanito went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Cosme Fulanito might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosme Fulanito ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfredo Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosme Fulanito went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 74thth minute of the game Cosme Fulanito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Figueiredos short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Valentin Bujor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Fulanito in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 77 minutes, Cosme Fulanito made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cosme Fulanito took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Santana. Alfredo Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. If Cosme Fulanito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Fulanito in the 83rd minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosme Fulanito might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosme Fulanito ran back to his position shaking his head. The Sporting Tuga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Santana should have stopped the shot. After 94 minutes of play, D.P.Aarburg's Cosme Fulanito made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Santana was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Sporting Tuga FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for D.P.Aarburg.
