Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vedat Burçhan started the match with the kick off. Vedat Burçhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Gastão Baía tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, MAKRO's goal looked a bit too open when Vedat Burçhan came free, but Gastão Baía reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torcato Pessoa took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Bragança. Eliseu Bragança dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rodolfo Montay kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, MAKRO's Eliseu Bragança threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Torcato Pessoa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Campus Douro Academy getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Manuel Caetano hit a great ball. Eliseu Bragança made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Walmyr Novaes sent off a good shot on target. When Amadeu Seabra fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campus Douro Academy's protests and gave Amadeu Seabra a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Eliseu Bragança, was totally fooled by MAKRO's Walmyr Novaes, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walmyr Novaes to make the kick off. Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torcato Pessoa in the 52nd minute of play. Ademar Salgueiro made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Karsten Telkamp however managed to control. Eliseu Bragança took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gastão Baía made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vedat Burçhan in the 64th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Rodolfo Montay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campus Douro Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Montay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Campus Douro Academy's Alfredo Lemos was substituted for Amadeu Seabra. 81 minutes into the game, one of MAKRO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Campus Douro Academy's André Pestana got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gastão Baía. Vedat Burçhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gastão Baía tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torcato Pessoa in the 90th minute of play forced Campus Douro Academy's goalkeeper Eliseu Bragança to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vedat Burçhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gastão Baía read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The Campus Douro Academy players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented MAKRO from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
