After 3 played minutes Futebol Espinhel got a freekick which was hit by Caleb Bayne. 5 minutes into the match, Humberto Velasques notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Dream Team's Albino Oskarbi. Albino Oskarbi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caetano Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Celso Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Braz Tasso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Vasconcelos was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Flávio Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Celso Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braz Tasso in the 16th minute of the match. Albino Oskarbi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Humberto Velasques sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th match minute, Futebol Espinhel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Borba to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Humberto Velasques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futebol Espinhel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Radoslaw Zukowski hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Rubim Mendonça took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Vasconcelos. Celso Vasconcelos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 35 minutes into the game, Futebol Espinhel's Humberto Velasques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Oskarbi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 38 minutes into the match, Germano Borba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albino Oskarbi, 4-1. Renan Demangeon's late challenge caught a Futebol Espinhel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renan Demangeon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Futebol Espinhel booed when FC Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Demangeon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvador Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubim Mendonça in the 46th minute of play forced Futebol Espinhel's goalkeeper Celso Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Braz Tasso made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Zarco Festas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Dream Team's Braz Tasso got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albino Oskarbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Zukowski in the 69th minute of play. Albino Oskarbi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Velasques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Futebol Espinhel booed when FC Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurentino Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Dream Team's Ivan Coimbra was substituted for Roberto Pegado. After having played for 85 minutes, Humberto Velasques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futebol Espinhel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Velasques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Futebol Espinhel's Caleb Bayne got a free kick in the 86th minute. When FC Dream Team's Braz Tasso in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Futebol Espinhel's goalie prevented a goal.
