Saúl Zambujal was a little too slow when Domingos Lencastre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. G. D. PENICHE V2's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Domingos Lencastre scored to the left of an out of position Saúl Zambujal, making the score, 2-0. Saúl Zambujal made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Domingos Lencastre sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Lencastre got free with Saúl Zambujal in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Lencastre in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saúl Zambujal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Gremio Viana's Adalberto Leite got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Saúl Zambujal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Påk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Domingos Lencastre notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of G. D. PENICHE V2's Saúl Zambujal. Saúl Zambujal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the match, Domingos Lencastre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saúl Zambujal, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tato Orihuela to make the kick off. Saúl Zambujal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Lencastre in the 52nd minute of the match. Domingos Lencastre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saúl Zambujal having to make a save. Saúl Zambujal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Lencastre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes G. D. PENICHE V2's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adalberto Leite who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adalberto Leite got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Saúl Zambujal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Saúl Zambujal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Påk in the 63rd minute of play. Domingos Lencastre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saúl Zambujal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. PENICHE V2's zone, Tony Påk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saúl Zambujal came out of the goal and Tony Påk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomé Bomba kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Samuel Fiúza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tato Orihuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gremio Viana were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of G. D. PENICHE V2 for a fine match.
