With a little luck, AllStars Budas's Laureano Fonseca got control of the ball when Dabi Saens tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Santana got free with Laureano Fonseca in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in União Sport Clube Paredes's zone, José Maria Almiron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin van der Sar came out of the goal and José Maria Almiron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Roman Gartenmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Jerónimo Furtado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laureano Fonseca to make any attempt to save it. Laureano Fonseca was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Alexandre Santana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexandre Santana really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 26th minute Roman Quilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piara Bue hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Maria Almiron in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laureano Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerónimo Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Laureano Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. União Sport Clube Paredes's Roman Quilo managed to work through AllStars Budas's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Roman Quilo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Laureano Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, União Sport Clube Paredes's goal looked a bit too open when Adélio Valadão came free, but Edwin van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerónimo Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laureano Fonseca came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by União Sport Clube Paredes's Jerónimo Furtado. But to his dismay, Jerónimo Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Dabi Saens came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the União Sport Clube Paredes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dabi Saens couldn't finish the play. Laureano Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerónimo Furtado's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. A collision led to AllStars Budas getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. José Maria Almiron hit a great ball. Laureano Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Quilo in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Jerónimo Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dabi Saens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind AllStars Budas's goalkeeper Laureano Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laureano Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dabi Saens, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by União Sport Clube Paredes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roman Gartenmann was slow to take the kick. During this time AllStars Budas's players had a chance to rest. AllStars Budas's Roman Gartenmann was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edwin van der Sar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Laureano Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Dabi Saens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 90 minutes AllStars Budas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dabi Saens who took care of the corner kick. Alexandre Santana hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Dabi Saens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Horia Taşcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The União Sport Clube Paredes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.
