Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cássio Cortez started the match with the kick off. Ferenc van Nistelrooij's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogério Boaventura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match, Cássio Cortez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yusuf Ziya Sertaç saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. S.João de Areias's Yusuf Ziya Sertaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Cortez in the 12th minute of play. Bonifacio Aznar hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes of play, LeoMel F.C.'s Catarino Gueifão made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cássio Cortez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. LeoMel F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 28 minutes into the match, LeoMel F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Aznar came free, but Rogério Boaventura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Aznar in the 36th minute of play forced LeoMel F.C.'s goalkeeper Rogério Boaventura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, S.João de Areias's goal looked a bit too open when Catarino Gueifão came free, but Yusuf Ziya Sertaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of LeoMel F.C. booed when S.João de Areias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hipólito Peralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Aznar during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Aznar hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferenc van Nistelrooij was the one to do the kick off. If Ferenc van Nistelrooij had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to S.João de Areias getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Bonifacio Aznar hit a great ball. The supporters of LeoMel F.C. booed when S.João de Areias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fatih Tekke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by LeoMel F.C.'s Catarino Gueifão. But to his dismay, Catarino Gueifão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. S.João de Areias's Yusuf Ziya Sertaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipólito Peralta in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Cortez in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yusuf Ziya Sertaç saved S.João de Areias from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Cortez in the 66th minute of play forced S.João de Areias's goalkeeper Yusuf Ziya Sertaç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Hipólito Peralta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of S.João de Areias's Yusuf Ziya Sertaç. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Cortez in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yusuf Ziya Sertaç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, S.João de Areias's Teófilo Pinto got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Idalécio Luz fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LeoMel F.C.'s protests and gave Idalécio Luz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to LeoMel F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Idalécio Luz hit a great ball. Hipólito Peralta kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, LeoMel F.C.'s Cássio Cortez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 89th minute Cássio Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Ziya Sertaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of S.João de Areias booed when LeoMel F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viriato Caires didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Cássio Cortez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LeoMel F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
