Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Homero Cerqueira made the kick off which started today's match. After 7 minutes, Lucílio lacerda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SEGAFREDO CF and the S.João de Areias players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, SEGAFREDO CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucílio lacerda to maneuver through the defense. Ferenc van Nistelrooij could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Adalberto Abreu made a huge save. In the 11th minute Homero Cerqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Ziya Sertaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by SEGAFREDO CF's Homero Cerqueira. But to his dismay, Homero Cerqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the S.João de Areias defense, Silvério Quadros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yusuf Ziya Sertaç. The S.João de Areias fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yusuf Ziya Sertaç should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Bonifacio Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.João de Areias's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Aznar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in SEGAFREDO CF's zone, Ferenc van Nistelrooij stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Abreu came out of the goal and Ferenc van Nistelrooij tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, SEGAFREDO CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Diagur to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Ferenc van Nistelrooij had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adalberto Abreu. SEGAFREDO CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferenc van Nistelrooij was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Adalberto Abreu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Silvano Severo. Yusuf Ziya Sertaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Águas in the 33rd minute of the match. When Germano Caldas came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SEGAFREDO CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germano Caldas couldn't finish the play. Ferenc van Nistelrooij received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Adalberto Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Ferenc van Nistelrooij managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.João de Areias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferenc van Nistelrooij was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Ferenc van Nistelrooij made the kick off in the second half. When Fatih Tekke fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.João de Areias's protests and gave Fatih Tekke a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Fatih Tekke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, S.João de Areias's goalkeeper Yusuf Ziya Sertaç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvério Quadros. Adalberto Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Aznar in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Torcato Boaventura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adalberto Abreu skillfully saved the ball. In the 72nd match minute, S.João de Areias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Godinho to maneuver through the defense. When Lucílio lacerda was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In the 73rd match minute, SEGAFREDO CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucílio lacerda to maneuver through the defense. If Teodoro Águas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvério Quadros hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Aznar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, S.João de Areias's Teófilo Pinto got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Germano Caldas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the SEGAFREDO CF defense, Ferenc van Nistelrooij kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adalberto Abreu. The SEGAFREDO CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adalberto Abreu should have stopped the shot. S.João de Areias succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though SEGAFREDO CF had controlled the match.
