After 9 played minutes Borlas got a freekick which was hit by Luís Carmona. After a defensive mix-up in Borlas's zone, Gentil Rangel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alcino Granja came out of the goal and Gentil Rangel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valter Vilas Boas was a little too slow when Augusto Ramos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 15 minutes FC. Bolduresti's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexandre Barroso who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafim Baldaia got free with Valter Vilas Boas in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the FC. Bolduresti defense, Cláudio Domingues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valter Vilas Boas. The FC. Bolduresti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valter Vilas Boas should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafim Baldaia in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valter Vilas Boas saved FC. Bolduresti from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Cláudio Domingues dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valter Vilas Boas, 4-0. Cláudio Domingues received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valter Vilas Boas came out and tried to block the shot, but Cláudio Domingues slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Borlas's Serafim Baldaia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valter Vilas Boas. That made the score 6-0 after 30 minutes of play. Valter Vilas Boas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Ramos went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the FC. Bolduresti defense, Cláudio Domingues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valter Vilas Boas. The FC. Bolduresti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valter Vilas Boas should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gentil Rangel made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Serafim Baldaia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borlas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. After 61 minutes, Cláudio Domingues made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC. Bolduresti's Valter Vilas Boas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute Cláudio Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valter Vilas Boas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolduresti's Valter Vilas Boas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Domingues in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Augusto Ramos notched a goal, 15-0, to the right of FC. Bolduresti's Valter Vilas Boas. Valter Vilas Boas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Valentim Bessa came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Borlas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentim Bessa couldn't finish the play. Valter Vilas Boas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Domingues in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Cláudio Domingues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borlas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 16-0. 89 minutes into the match, FC. Bolduresti's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Domingues came free, but Valter Vilas Boas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, FC. Bolduresti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur-Maurits De Groot to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Ramos scored 17-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valter Vilas Boas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 minutes, Valentim Bessa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borlas and the FC. Bolduresti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Borlas's Valentim Bessa got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Borlas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
