But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Bulhosa couldn't finish the play. Laureano Rijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Olo in the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nechifor Isbășoiu. Nechifor Isbășoiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Laureano Rijo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Israel Póvoas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Teodosio Olo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Rijo. A.D.ESMOJÃES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodosio Olo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nechifor Isbășoiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Laureano Rijo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ricardo Souto hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Teodosio Olo managed to get in a good position for a shot. KINDERUZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Olo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Rijo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute of the match A.D.ESMOJÃES got a corner. KINDERUZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Éder Palma ran over to the corner to take the kick. KINDERUZ were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after A.D.ESMOJÃES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nechifor Isbășoiu took the corner. The corner ended in Nechifor Isbășoiu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo did a great save. In the 28th minute, Israel Póvoas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Laureano Rijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Garcia in the 40th minute of play forced KINDERUZ's goalkeeper Isidoro Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Baldaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Isidoro Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Garcia in the 45th minute of play. Teodosio Olo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Laureano Rijo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KINDERUZ. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Nechifor Isbășoiu made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Olo in the 52nd minute of play forced A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Garcia in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Alves during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Bruno Alves got a free kick in the 56th minute. KINDERUZ's Isidoro Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Póvoas in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute of the match, Izydor Domalik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isidoro Nóbrega saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by KINDERUZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Éder Palma was slow to take the kick. During this time A.D.ESMOJÃES's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jonas Garcia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KINDERUZ's Isidoro Nóbrega did a great save. Laureano Rijo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Olo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. KINDERUZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nechifor Isbășoiu in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute Teodosio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Rijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Rijo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Olo went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Laureano Rijo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avelino Varanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 84th match minute, A.D.ESMOJÃES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Domalik to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Nóbrega was a little too slow when Cassiano Brochado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-1. Laureano Rijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Isbășoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KINDERUZ had won after a very even match.
