Linus Stenqvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Tobias Pilblad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tallboda Gunners's Peter Skytt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tobias Pilblad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 10th minute Calle Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Flock of Eagles fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Flock of Eagles's Calle Åström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Tallboda Gunners's zone, Sabin Mergea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frans Billström came out of the goal and Sabin Mergea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flock of Eagles's Tobias Pilblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Stenqvist in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Lang to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabin Mergea in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frans Billström saved Tallboda Gunners from getting behind. Linus Stenqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Pilblad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Tallboda Gunners got a corner. Flock of Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peter Skytt ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Tallboda Gunners's corner Peter Skytt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tobias Pilblad quite easily take care of the ball. Martin Lang hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Leif Sigman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linus Stenqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tobias Pilblad made a huge save. Linus Stenqvist struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Tobias Pilblad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tallboda Gunners. Jan-Erik Heggert kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

51 minutes into the game, Linus Stenqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tobias Pilblad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filip Wennersten kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Linus Stenqvist made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Flock of Eagles's Tobias Pilblad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Martin Lang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tallboda Gunners made a substitution. Tomas Ekrot replaced Linus Stenqvist. Flock of Eagles made a substitution. Jonathan Andreasson replaced Åke Hägg. Flock of Eagles's Christoffer Kock got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Tallboda Gunners's Tomas Ekrot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tobias Pilblad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 89 minutes, Leif Sigman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tallboda Gunners and the Flock of Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Tallboda Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Leif Sigman. Frans Billström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sabin Mergea in the 91st minute. Frans Billström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Kock, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
