Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Özgün Hatip started the match with the kick off. Gunner Kalashnikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Lindberg having to interfere. Sebastian Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgün Hatip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Galapagos Islands FC's Özgün Hatip in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RedBull Antwerpen's goalie prevented a goal. RedBull Antwerpen were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Galapagos Islands FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oliver Carlsson took the corner. Lars Högman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Dennis Lindberg made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in RedBull Antwerpen's zone, Özgün Hatip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Lindgren came out of the goal and Özgün Hatip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Dennis Lindberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunner Kalashnikov. Özgün Hatip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgün Hatip in the 29th minute of play forced RedBull Antwerpen's goalkeeper Sebastian Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Galapagos Islands FC got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Spetz. After 33 played minutes RedBull Antwerpen got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Henriksson. After 36 minutes, Tomas Henriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RedBull Antwerpen and the Galapagos Islands FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in RedBull Antwerpen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Galapagos Islands FC a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niklas Möller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RedBull Antwerpen's Sebastian Lindgren. 0-1. If Niklas Möller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute, Özgün Hatip left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galapagos Islands FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivar Wennersten was the one to do the kick off. Dennis Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunner Kalashnikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by RedBull Antwerpen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niklas Möller was slow to take the kick. During this time Galapagos Islands FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Niklas Möller got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastian Lindgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Galapagos Islands FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Galapagos Islands FC's Frankie Flambard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind RedBull Antwerpen's goalkeeper Sebastian Lindgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgün Hatip in the 60th minute of play forced RedBull Antwerpen's goalkeeper Sebastian Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Lindgren was a little too slow when Eugen Mantoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-4. Eugen Mantoiu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sebastian Lindgren firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ivar Wennersten kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Niklas Möller received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastian Lindgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Niklas Möller slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 74th minute. If Eugen Mantoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, RedBull Antwerpen's Sebastian Lindgren got control of the ball when Özgün Hatip tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Galapagos Islands FC's Eugen Mantoiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Lindgren. That made the score 0-6 after 85 minutes of play. After 89 minutes of play, Galapagos Islands FC's Eugen Mantoiu made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Lindgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugen Mantoiu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Galapagos Islands FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the last second Sebastian Lindgren throw himself and got hold of the ball when Özgün Hatip in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Galapagos Islands FC were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after RedBull Antwerpen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niklas Möller took the corner. The corner led Galapagos Islands FC's Frankie Flambard to a score. 0-8 in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Galapagos Islands FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
