Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ivan Malmgren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Valter Berglund came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rolf Blom could save by the left post. When Ivan Malmgren came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Hallands Riviera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Malmgren couldn't finish the play. Strömsbro IF's Rolf Blom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Malmgren in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute Ivan Malmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Amanda Dahlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the game Georg Glad made a throw-in which Tommy Asklöv played forward. After 28 played minutes Hallands Riviera got a freekick which was hit by Arvin Hjälm. Wasyl Zworski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Svanberg having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Bo Harman got a free kick in the 37th minute. Rolf Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Malmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Georg Glad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strömsbro IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hallands Riviera the free kick. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Georg Glad got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hallands Riviera's Ivan Malmgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolf Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amanda Dahlin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wasyl Zworski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Hallands Riviera's goalkeeper Alex Svanberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charlie Beck. Alex Svanberg made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Charlie Beck sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hallands Riviera's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tommy Asklöv was slow to take the kick. During this time Strömsbro IF's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hallands Riviera's goalie and right to Charlie Beck. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hallands Riviera's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Hallands Riviera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lance Carey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Hallands Riviera's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Zworski came free, but Alex Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Rolf Blom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Strömsbro IF's Igor Bambas in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hallands Riviera's goalie prevented a goal. Rolf Blom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Malmgren's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Ivan Malmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strömsbro IF's Rolf Blom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Strömsbro IF made a substitution. Stig-Arne Bollström replaced Wasyl Zworski. 75 minutes into the match, Hallands Riviera's Ivan Malmgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolf Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 76 minutes Strömsbro IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adnan Kultigin who took care of the corner kick. Rolf Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Malmgren in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Asklöv. In the 85th minute Ivan Malmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsbro IF's zone, Ivan Malmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolf Blom came out of the goal and Ivan Malmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Stig-Arne Bollström notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hallands Riviera's Alex Svanberg. Alex Svanberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hallands Riviera players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
